Krista is an Account Coordinator at Downey, a TCS company. Krista provides essential administrative and client service support, which includes initial enrollments, policy servicing, participant record keeping and database management for individual clients, large multi-life partnerships, and executive life insurance plans. Krista has her life and health insurance license.

Krista joined TCS in October 2024 as part of the acquisition of The Downey Group where she had been employed since 2022.

Outside of work, Krista enjoys hiking with her husband, gaming with her son, crafting, and reading.
