Krista is a Client Service Associate at Downey, a TCS company. She plays a vital role in enhancing client experiences across all TCS offices. She effectively guides individual clients through important policy changes, including ownership, beneficiaries, and billing adjustments. Additionally, Krista supports our Champaign office team in key areas with their large corporate clients. Her excellent customer service is underscored by her life and health insurance license.

Krista joined TCS in October 2024 as part of the acquisition of The Downey Group where she had been employed since 2022.

Outside of work, Krista enjoys hiking with her husband, gaming with her son, crafting, and reading.
