John is an Account Coordinator at Downey, a TCS company. In his role, he provides administrative and client service support, managing tasks that range from policy services to participant record-keeping and database management. His work involves supporting both individual clients and large multi-life partnerships, as well as handling executive life insurance plans.

John joined TCS in October 2024 as part of the acquisition of The Downey Group where he had been employed since 2019.
