Steve is a Principal at TCS Insurance, leveraging nearly two decades of experience in insurance and financial planning to create impactful solutions for our clients. He specializes in marketing, designing, and administering income protection solutions including Disability and Life Insurance for US based organizations and their international offices. The innovative plans that Steve and TCS deliver to clients often incorporate layers of group coverage, individual multi-life insurance, and options from Lloyd’s of London. This comprehensive approach allows clients to access the highest benefit limits with no underwriting in a cost-effective and tax-efficient manner. 

In addition to his focus on corporate solutions, Steve is dedicated to working closely with key executives and high-income earners to address their personal, family, and estate planning needs. His extensive knowledge and creativity enhance our commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences and achieving successful financial planning outcomes. 

He holds the Chartered Life Underwriter^® and Chartered Financial Consultant^® designations and the Series 6/63 licenses, making him a vital resource to our team and clients. 

Steve earned a bachelor’s degree in economics and a minor in mathematics from the University of San Francisco. He lives in Fairfax, California, with his wife, Janell, and their two sons. In his spare time, Steve enjoys golfing, woodworking, and leatherworking.
