Eleanor is a Senior Account Manager with our Multi-Life team with over five years of disability and life insurance experience. She oversees the daily management of our multi-life accounts, as well as the implementation and onboarding of new clients. She works with clients on plan design options and opportunities to improve account performance. She also assists clients with billing, enrollment, and claims. Eleanor previously worked as an Account Service Manager for a large group disability and life insurance carrier.

Eleanor earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
