Emily is a Director of Operations at Downey, a TCS company. In her role, she is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, corporate financials, human resources, licensing and contracting, commissions, and training and supervising support staff and systems.

Emily joined TCS in October 2024 as part of the acquisition of The Downey Group, where she had been employed since 1999. Emily has excelled in her many roles with the firm including Benefit Plan Administrator, Executive Assistant to David J. Downey and Jane A. Hays and as Operations Officer. 

Emily lives with her husband, Kevin, and their two sons, Wyatt and Will, on a small grain and livestock farm in rural Lovington, IL. In her free time, Emily enjoys proudly cheering on her boys at their baseball and basketball games. When she’s not in the stands, she loves boating on beautiful Lake Shelbyville.
