Brenda is an underwriter at Downey, a TCS company, bringing 40 years of medical background and administrative support experience to TCS. Her primary responsibilities include underwriting, client service, and case design support.

Brenda joined TCS in October 2024 as part of the acquisition of The Downey Group, where she had been employed since 1994.

Brenda earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Manchester University in North Manchester, Indiana.

In her free time, Brenda and her husband, David, enjoy traveling, boating, camping, and spending time with family.
