Overview

TCS was founded in 1979, and is headquartered in the San Francisco Bay Area. Even in the early years, TCS was a leading insurance provider in the Bay Area. This recognition led to TCS becoming one of the first Member Firms of M Financial Group in 1984.  M Financial is a national partnership of insurance producers that have joined together with leading insurance carriers to create proprietary products for the upscale insurance buyer.  

In the early 90s, in hopes of creating a holistic insurance planning firm to better fit the needs and desires of our clients, TCS made the decision to create three separate divisions: TCS Insurance Agency, Inc., Trademark Capital Services, and Trademark Capital Services Northwest (TCS-NW). Although separate, the three divisions work in unison to provide our clients with the highest level of service, solutions, and products. This structure allows us to maintain an ongoing collaboration of idea sharing, best practices, and client advocacy. The results of this collaboration can be seen in the innovative solutions and high-quality services designed to meet our clients’ insurance needs.

Today, TCS is one of more than 140 M Financial Member Firms around the country and in the United Kingdom and we are able to provide our clients access to more than 25 proprietary products that offer lower pricing, better performance, higher limits, and streamlined underwriting. The proprietary products are offered through some of the highest rated insurance carriers in the country.
